A short film: buying from abroad, with confidence
How we work
Honest. Transparent. Reliable.
Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions in a person's life, so we keep our business simple: we tell the truth, we show how the numbers work and we keep our word. Stability, trust and continuity matter more to us than a quick sale.
- We deal with owners directlyOn every property we list for sale we are in direct contact with the owner and authorised to sell, so there is no middleman between you and the owner.
- Clear prices and fees, in writingThe price is confirmed with the owner. Any fee on top of it is explained in writing before you reserve anything.
- Straight answers, even when the answer is noIf a property has a problem, or the owner will not meet a price, we say so plainly instead of pushing a sale.
- Here for the long runWe are a licensed business with a real office in Konyaaltı. We stay with you after the keys, because our reputation is built on people who recommend us.
