Do I need a bank mortgage to buy in instalments?
No. In these projects the plan is made directly with the developer and no bank loan is used. Current terms depend on the developer.
Do I need a guarantor?
The Meridien Nova instalment plan has no loan approval or guarantor process. We check the contract terms with you before you sign.
Is interest or a deferred-payment surcharge added?
In the Meridien Nova plan the remaining half is paid over 15 months with no interest added. Other projects may differ; we confirm the current terms for each.
When is the upfront part paid?
The upfront amount is paid when you sign the contract. The account, date and amount should be written in the contract.
Can foreigners buy in instalments too?
