A promise about how we handle price, not a promise about the market. Here is exactly what it covers.

What is it?

Best Price Guarantee

Listings that carry the gold "Best Price Guarantee" mark are properties where we stand behind the price shown. It means we have confirmed the price with the owner or the authorised seller, and we commit to the four points below.

  1. Price confirmed with the ownerWe deal one-to-one with the owners and are authorised on every property we list for sale, so there is no third party or middleman between you and the owner. Before the mark appears, the price and availability are checked directly with the owner. We do not publish a price we have not confirmed.
  2. Clear fees, in writingThe price you see is the owner's price. Any service fee or cost on top of it is explained to you in writing before you reserve anything.
  3. We negotiate for youWhen you send an offer, we put it to the owner, argue for the best terms and report the answer honestly, including when it is a no.
  4. Market check on requestIf the same property is marketed for less by another authorised business, send us the link. We take it to the owner and bring our price down to that level. A property with our mark must never be cheaper anywhere else than with us.

What it is not

  • It is not a refund or a promise to pay you a price difference.
  • It is not a promise about future value, rental income or resale price.
  • It does not apply to listings without the mark, or to a different unit.
  • The final price is the owner's decision. If the owner will not match a documented lower price from an authorised business, we remove the mark from that listing and tell you openly.

Questions

Which listings have the mark?

Only listings that show the gold Best Price Guarantee label on the card and on the listing page. If a listing has no label, the guarantee does not apply to it.

Does it cost extra?

No. The mark is not a paid service. Any commission or service fee that applies to a purchase is stated to you in writing before you reserve.

How do I use it?

Open the listing, press Make an offer, or write to us on WhatsApp. If you have found a lower price for the same property, send the link and we handle the rest.

What if the owner will not match a lower price?

Then the property no longer deserves the mark: we remove it from the listing and tell you plainly, with the reason. You are never obliged to buy, and we show you comparable options.
