Are you torn between two houses? Create a personal comparison table
What criteria should you use when deciding between two properties? Draw up a table setting out daily needs, uncertainty and on-site inspection.

When comparing two properties, the impression left by the last flat you viewed—or even just one attractive feature—can overshadow other requirements. A simple table helps to ensure the assessment is based on the same criteria. This table is not intended to reflect market value or technical safety ratings; it is simply a guide for your personal use.
Choose your criteria first
Write down the headings that are important to you, such as room function, daily commute, accessibility, storage, working arrangements and outdoor space. After viewing the properties, try not to add new criteria that only favour the property you like. If a change is necessary, note the reason.
Separate priorities from observations
The importance of a criterion to you and the extent to which a property meets it are two different things. If a study is very important, determine its weighting from the outset. Assess each property using the same personal scale. Look not only at the overall result but also at any critical areas that score low.
Do not award points for the unknown
Do not assume that an undocumented usage area or unverified internet connection is positive. Use the ‘Unknown’ marker. To resolve uncertainties, note the person responsible and the next steps. Missing information is not the same as a negative feature; however, it must not be ignored.

Example table layout
Each row should include the criterion, personal priority, first-hand observation, second-hand observation and the need for verification. If a numerical scale is used, it must be clear that this reflects your personal preference. This prevents the creation of false precision.
Separate the expert’s assessment
Structural, registration and legal compliance issues cannot be offset by an overall ‘like’ score. The necessary checks in these areas must be carried out separately. A highly rated view is not a solution to an obvious technical problem.
During your consultation with Buy Best Villa, you can share your table to explain which factors are decisive for you. The aim is not to leave the decision to an algorithm, but to make the information on which the decision is based transparent.
