Who is Pınarlar Group?

Pınarlar Group (Pınarlar Grup in Turkish) is an Antalya company based in Konyaaltı that describes itself as a family business. Some project pages and catalogues also use the name "Pınarlar İnşaat". The company's website speaks of more than 40 years of experience, and it handles project development, architecture and planning, construction, sales and handover itself.

The official Pınarlar website lists Terra Doğa, Terra Modern, Terra Manzara, Terra Concept, SkyPort Residence, Coordinat 24 and the Sirius projects, with "Pınarlar Grup" named as developer on each project page. You can see every unit on sale on our Pınarlar Group projects page.

Who is Cam-Saş?

Cam-Saş (also written Camsaş) is registered as Cam-Saş Cam Doğrama Mobilya İmalat İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., with its head office and factory in the Antalya Organised Industrial Zone in Döşemealtı. It presents itself as a family firm that has worked in the glass industry for two generations, with more than 40 years of experience. According to the company, it started production at its industrial-zone facility in 2004, became an Isıcam dealer in 2006, installed a tempered-glass line in 2008 and became an authorised Şişecam seller in 2009.

The firm runs its residential construction under the name "Cam-Saş İnşaat". The construction projects listed on its website are Terra Modern, Terra Manzara, Terra Doğa, Terra Concept, Sky Port and ICON. For units on sale, see our Cam-Saş projects page.

What does "joint project" mean for Terra?

The catalogues for Terra Doğa and Terra Modern describe them as "a joint project of the Antalya-based companies Pınarlar Group and Cam-Saş". Both firms list these projects on their own websites. The legal structure of the partnership is not public, so we only repeat the catalogue wording. SkyPort Residence appears on the Pınarlar website and in a catalogue headed "Pınarlar Grup", and Cam-Saş also lists it among its construction projects as "Sky Port".

Terra Doğa: villas with private pools in Düzlerçamı

Terra Doğa is a gated community of 42 villas in Düzlerçamı, Döşemealtı. It borders the Güver Canyon and waterfall, the Düzlerçamı forests and Termessos National Park, offering quiet living just outside the city.

The villas are two-storey 5+1 homes with 222 m² net and 450 m² gross area. Each villa has a private pool, a winter garden and a hobby garden. The ground floor has a large living room, a kitchen, the winter garden, a guest bedroom with bathroom and a guest WC. Upstairs is a master suite with dressing room and bathroom, two children's rooms with bathrooms, a study, a laundry room and a 40 m² private terrace. Underfloor heating and a heat pump are standard.

Terra Modern: the city's balcony in Çankaya

Terra Modern is in Çankaya, Kepez, on the slopes of Masa Dağı, an area where building has only recently begun. With a cooler climate than the city centre and views over the city and the bay, it is promoted as "the city's balcony".

The project has 2 blocks of 6 floors on a 6,853 m² plot, with 56 flats and 5,200 m² of shared space. Unit types:

• 3+1: about 112–121 m² net
• 4+1: about 125–128 m² net
• 4+1 garden duplex: 170–178 m² net / 268 m² gross, and 195 m² net / 301 m² gross

Amenities include an outdoor pool and children's pool, fitness and sauna, landscaped gardens and walking paths, covered parking, a full-capacity generator and 24/7 security. SkyPort Residence: home or office in Altınova

SkyPort Residence is on the D400 highway in Altınova, Kepez. Deepo Outlet is right next door, Mall of Antalya is 50 m away, the tram stop 100 m and Antalya Airport 3 km.

Its two 11-storey blocks hold 250 one-bedroom (1+1) flats, 22 two-bedroom (2+1) garden duplexes and 4 shops. Units can be used as a home or an office. The 1+1 flats are 45 m² net; the 2+1 duplexes are 100 m² net with 25 m² of garden. There are indoor and outdoor pools, fitness, sauna, a hammam, a 248 m² meeting room, covered parking for 275 cars and 11 EV charging stations.

Who is it for? Investors seeking a rental flat or office near the airport, and small businesses.
