Pınarlar Group's Sirius Projects and Coordinat 24: A Comparison Guide

Pınarlar Group's Sirius projects are spread across very different parts of Antalya: the new residential belt of Altıntaş, the cliffs of Işıklar and the hotel district of Kundu. The company's newer Konyaaltı project, Coordinat 24, completes the list. This guide covers all five, compares them in one table and sums up who each one suits.

Pınarlar Group and the Sirius series

Pınarlar Group (Pınarlar Grup) is an Antalya company based in Konyaaltı that describes itself as a family business; some catalogues also use the name "Pınarlar İnşaat". Its website speaks of more than 40 years of experience. Today Sirius Level, Sirius Modern, Sirius Manzara and Sirius Town are listed on the company's official website together with Coordinat 24, with "Pınarlar Grup" named as developer.

Sirius Level (Altıntaş, Aksu)

Sirius Level is a boutique complex known for its stepped, terraced architecture. Because each floor is set back, many flats open onto large outdoor terraces with views of the city and nature. The 1+1 flats are about 44–45 m² net, some with private terraces of 8 to 44 m². The 2+1 flats are about 70 m² net with an en-suite master bedroom.

The complex has a swimming pool and children's pool, fitness and sauna, covered parking with sprinklers and 24/7 security. Flats come with VRV air conditioning in every room, Rehau underfloor heating and Siemens built-in appliances.

Sirius Modern (Altıntaş, Aksu)

Sirius Modern has 96 homes in three 7-storey blocks, plus a commercial section of 11 shops and 26 offices. The 1+1 flats are 35–40 m² net, some with terraces; the 2+1 flats are 90 m² net; and the 3+1 garden duplexes are 95 m² net with a private garden.

On site there is a 500 m² outdoor pool and children's pool, fitness, sauna and steam room, a basketball court, playgrounds, covered parking with EV charging and 24/7 security.

Sirius Manzara (Işıklar, Muratpaşa)

Sirius Manzara is a seafront building on the Işıklar cliffs in the Gençlik neighbourhood of Muratpaşa, right next to historic Kaleiçi. It has just 4 floors and 10 flats: 3+1 flats of 112 m² net / 145 m² gross and 4+1 roof duplexes of 163 m² net / 238 m² gross.

The building has a KONE lift, covered parking, a full-capacity generator and 24/7 CCTV. Flats come with a KNX smart-home system, a fingerprint steel door, Schüco windows, Daikin multi-split air conditioning, Smeg appliances and gas underfloor heating.

Sirius Town (Kundu, Aksu)

Sirius Town is a hotel-concept complex in Kundu, 500 m from the sea and 12 km from the airport. It offers indoor and outdoor pools, an aquapark, a gym and pilates studio, sauna, Turkish bath, steam and salt rooms, massage rooms, lobby service, a hairdresser and room cleaning. According to the project information, it complies with the regulations for tourist rentals.

Unit types: 1+1 (45 m² net), 2+1 (70 m² net), 1+1 roof duplex (85 m² net) and 2+1 roof duplex (99 m² net).

Coordinat 24 (Molla Yusuf, Konyaaltı)

Coordinat 24 is a boutique project of two three-storey blocks in the Molla Yusuf neighbourhood of Konyaaltı. Of its 20 flats, 10 are ground-floor 2+1 garden flats (77 m² net) and 10 are 3+1 duplexes with terraces on the 1st and 2nd floors. Each block has a lift.

There is an 18 x 7 m (125 m²) pool and children's pool, fitness, sauna, covered parking and 24/7 security. Flats have a smart-home system, VRV air conditioning and underfloor heating. Bahçeşehir College is 650 m away, Konyaaltı city square 8 km and the airport 22 km.
