İltemir İnşaat's Nefes Projects: A Guide to Nefes Premium and Nefes Corner

Who is İsmail İltemir İnşaat?

İsmail İltemir İnşaat, which also uses the name İsmail İltemir Group on its website, is a construction company based in Kepez, Antalya. According to the company, its activities began in 1996 with Özgüneş İnşaat, and İsmail İltemir Ltd. Şti. was founded in 2007. The firm also worked in furniture for a time and left that sector at the end of 2013. By its own account it has delivered more than 1,300 homes.

The company's list of completed work includes housing projects such as İsmail İltemir Konakları (7 blocks, 120 flats), Green Park Konakları (7 blocks, 123 flats), Paşa Konakları, Düden Park Konutları, Güneş Konakları, Rüya Kent 1-2 and Özgüneş Sitesi, as well as Tahtakale shopping centre and several business centres. İltemir Residence in Kepez (8 blocks, 102 homes) and Nefes Antalya and Nefes Bahçe in the Çankaya neighbourhood are among its earlier projects. The chairman, İsmail İltemir, was elected president of the Antalya Construction Contractors' Association (ANTMUTDER) in August 2022. The head office is on Süleyman Demirel Boulevard in Varsak Ayanoğlu, Kepez.

Nefes Premium: a three-block complex with pool and tennis court

Nefes Premium is a 56-unit residential complex in Kepez made up of blocks A1, A2 and A3. Each block has two basement levels, a ground floor, six standard floors and a roof floor. Because the plot slopes, the pool garden and the entrance side sit at different levels.

On-site amenities include:

• A 350 m² swimming pool, a 21 m² children's pool and a jacuzzi
• A pool terrace with pergolas and a fire pit
• A tennis court and a basketball hoop
• A jogging and walking path that runs the length of the site, broken up by gazebos
• A children's playground, a fitness room, a shelter and a security point
• Covered parking for 56 cars and an electric vehicle charging unit

The choice of units is wide. On the ground floor there are 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 garden duplexes that include the basement level. The standard floors have 2+1 flats of 98 m² and 138 m², 3+1 flats of 168 m² and 4+1 flats of 186 m². On the top floor, the corner units of blocks A1 and A3 are 4+1 duplexes with a roof terrace and a private pool, while block A2 has 3+1 roof duplexes with terraces. Underfloor heating is planned in every flat, and the blocks have 10-person lifts.

Who is it for? Families who want generous floor space, buyers who want a pool and sports facilities inside the complex for their children, and anyone considering a garden duplex or a roof duplex with its own pool.

Nefes Corner: a boutique building on a corner plot

Nefes Corner is a single-block boutique building with 44 units on a corner plot in Çankaya, Kepez. It has a ground floor with a mezzanine, three standard floors and a roof floor.

• Ground floor + mezzanine: 2+1 duplexes of 82–134 m² with large windows facing the street
• 1st and 2nd floors: 1+1 flats of 52–65 m² and 2+1 flats of 73–97 m²
• 3rd floor + roof: roof duplexes of 74–121 m²

The back garden has a long swimming pool, a sun terrace and landscaped green space. The building has two 10-person lifts, a spacious lobby and a sprinkler fire-suppression system, and most flats have a balcony.

Who is it for? First-time buyers, singles and couples, investors looking for a compact 1+1 to rent out, and anyone who wants a building with a pool without the size of a large complex.

In short, Nefes Premium is a complex designed for family life, with large flats and plenty of shared facilities. Nefes Corner is a simpler boutique building with smaller, more accessible floor areas.
