According to the company, it started out in 1996 as Özgüneş İnşaat, set up İsmail İltemir Ltd. Şti. in 2007 and has since delivered more than 1,300 homes. Its earlier projects in Kepez include İltemir Residence, Green Park Konakları, Düden Park Konutları and Paşa Konakları, as well as Nefes Antalya and Nefes Bahçe in the Çankaya neighbourhood. The company's chairman, İsmail İltemir, was elected president of the Antalya Construction Contractors' Association (ANTMUTDER) in 2022.

The back garden has a long swimming pool and a sun terrace, and the building has two 10-person lifts and a sprinkler fire system.
