About the project
Meridien Nova is an eight-block development on a single plot in Yüksekalan, a neighbourhood of Muratpaşa, Antalya's central district. The blocks are arranged around a landscaped courtyard with a swimming pool; street-level floors are planned as shops, with parking and shelter on the basement levels.
The residential blocks (C, D, G and H) offer 1+1 and 2+1 apartments, with 2+1 and 3+1 duplexes on the top two floors. Block A is licensed as offices, from 1+1 units up to 4+2 duplex offices. Unit sizes range from roughly 46 m² to 199 m².
The structure uses C30/37 ready-mix concrete and S420C ribbed steel, with pumice-block external walls. Apartments come with 5-chamber PVC windows and double glazing, a steel entrance door, laminate flooring, radiator heating, air-conditioning provision in the living room and main bedroom, and a built-in hob, oven and hood. Structural works carry a minimum two-year warranty.

- Check the propertyWe review the title deed record, any mortgage or seizure notes, zoning, and the building permit and occupancy certificate (for projects, the condominium-easement status).
- Reserve with a written agreementA deposit is paid only against a written receipt or pre-sale agreement that states the price, the property and the refund terms. Never pay without paperwork.
- Prepare your documentsPassport, a Turkish tax number, a valid earthquake insurance (DASK) policy and, for foreign buyers, a valuation report. We help with each one.
- Pay through a bankThe price is transferred through a bank so there is a clear record. If you plan to apply for citizenship, ask the bank for the foreign-currency purchase certificate.
- Sign at the Land RegistryBoth parties sign the official deed at the Land Registry (Tapu) Office. Taxes and fees are paid there, and a sworn translator is present if you do not speak Turkish.
- Take overThe title deed is registered in your name. We then help transfer the electricity, water and gas subscriptions, and your DASK policy is renewed every year.
Foreign buyers: the Land Registry checks that the property is not in a military or security zone, and a valuation report from a licensed firm is required. Some restrictions apply by nationality and location, and we check this before any deposit is paid.
Buying off-plan: the title deed may be issued only after construction is complete. Ask in writing for the building permit, the condominium-easement status and the delivery date, and read the project's own questions.

Buy Best Villa operates under Coldwell Banker Terra · Antalya, a real estate business licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Trade (licence no. 0704750-001). We hold a written authorisation agreement with the seller for this project and stay with you at every step, from the first viewing to the title deed.
Do I pay you a service fee (commission)?
No. We do not charge buyers a service fee for the units in this project.
Who do I make payments to?
All payments are made by bank transfer to the seller company's corporate bank account, as named in the sales contract. We will never ask you to pay our consultants, a personal account or in cash. Confirm the account details by phone before you sign, and ignore any email or message saying the account has changed.
How is the sales contract made?
By law, the sale is made either at the land registry with a transfer of condominium servitude, or with a promise-to-sell agreement drawn up by a notary. For home purchases you receive a pre-contract information form at least one day before signing, and you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. More in our off-plan buying guide.
When do I receive my title deed?
The timing and conditions of the title deed transfer are written clearly in the sales contract; we will share the project's current title status with you at the meeting.
Can I buy as a foreign national?
Yes. Apart from a few country and area restrictions, foreign nationals can buy property in Türkiye; a licensed valuation report and a currency exchange certificate are required at the sale. We explain the process step by step in our guide for foreign buyers.
Can I buy without being in Türkiye?
Yes. You can complete the process remotely with a power of attorney issued by a notary. Details are in our power of attorney guide.
