10 Checks When Buying a Home at the Project Stage: Account Statement, Mortgage, Delivery

In a purchase made before the title deed is issued, the most important steps are payment documents, the status of the plot, the delivery date and the late-delivery terms.

Short answer: If you will buy at the project stage, the first things to look at are drawing up the contract at a notary, the title deed annotation, payment documents and the developer's track record.

  1. Contract form. Drawn up at a notary.
  2. Title deed annotation. A sales promise annotation, if possible.
